1. Is Reformer Pilates suitable for beginners?

Reformer Pilates is great for beginners and totally open to all levels of experience.


2. How many times a week should you do Reformer Pilates?

Can be done for a minimum of 3 times per week. However, to further improve your body's strength, flexibility and endurance, you can do up to 4 or 5 Pilates classes a week.


3. How long does it take to see results from Reformer Pilates?

10-12 weeks. To quote Joseph Pilates: “In 10 sessions you will feel better, in 20 you will look better, and in 30 you will have a whole new body.” If you are doing 2-3 classes a week, you should start to see results in 10-12 weeks. If you attend one class a week, you will still see results but it might take longer.


4. Can you lose weight doing Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates contributes to your overall weight loss strategy by increasing your muscle tone. Muscles are metabolically active. The more lean muscles you have, the more calories you can burn.


5. Can you do Reformer Pilates everyday?

Reformer Pilates is safe enough to do every day. Initially you may want to do it every day so you get a rhythm and become consistent; then a good goal is to do it every other day.
